Kiokun（以下「本アプリ」）を運営するEndots LLC（以下「当社」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報保護法（APPI）およびGDPRに準拠して個人情報を取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの収集・利用・保護について説明するものです。

写真自体はサーバーにアップロードされません。処理済み写真はお使いの端末のカメラロールにのみ保存されます。

3. データの利用目的

位置情報: 写真撮影場所の特定、最寄り施設名の取得
カメラ・写真: 写真の撮影と編集（場所名・日付のオーバーレイ合成）
アカウント情報: ユーザー認証、プラン管理、月次利用数の追跡
利用データ: アプリ改善、A/Bテスト、利用統計
デバイス情報: Push通知の配信

4. 第三者サービスとのデータ共有

6. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。いずれの請求も privacy@endots.dev にメールでご連絡ください。30日以内に対応いたします。

アクセス権: 当社が保有するご自身のデータの閲覧を請求できます
削除権: アカウントおよび全関連データの削除を請求できます
同意撤回権: いつでもデータ収集への同意を撤回できます
データポータビリティ: ご自身のデータのエクスポートを請求できます
訂正権: 不正確なデータの訂正を請求できます

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のユーザーのデータが収集されたことが判明した場合、当社は速やかに当該データを削除します。保護者の方が懸念を持たれた場合は privacy@endots.dev までご連絡ください。

8. 広告と追跡

本アプリは無料プランにおいてGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。

パーソナライズ広告: AdMobはデバイスの広告ID（IDFA/GAID）を使用して、ユーザーの興味に基づいた広告を配信する場合があります
iOS App Tracking Transparency: iOS 14.5以降では、追跡を行う前にATTフレームワークに基づきユーザーの許可を取得します
オプトアウト: 端末の設定で広告IDをリセットまたは無効化することで、パーソナライズ広告を制限できます
- iOS: 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング
- Android: 設定 → Google → 広告 → 広告IDをリセット

Proプランのユーザーには広告は表示されません。

9. データセキュリティ

Row Level Security（RLS）: Supabaseの行レベルセキュリティにより、各ユーザーは自分のデータにのみアクセス可能
通信の暗号化: 全ての通信はHTTPS/TLSで暗号化
APIキーの管理: Google Maps等のAPIキーはサーバーサイド（Edge Function）で管理され、クライアントには露出しません
認証: Supabase Authによるセキュアな認証基盤

10. ポリシーの変更

当社は本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重大な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、更新後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法

本ポリシーは日本法（個人情報の保護に関する法律 / APPI）に準拠します。欧州経済領域（EEA）にお住まいのユーザーには、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）も適用されます。

Endots LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Kiokun ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Photos are never uploaded to our servers. Processed photos are saved only to your device's camera roll.

Usage Data: App improvement, A/B testing, usage statistics

6. Your Rights

Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for data collection at any time
Right to Data Portability: Request an export of your data
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact privacy@endots.dev.

8. Advertising & Tracking

The App displays ads via Google AdMob for users on the Free plan.

Personalized Ads: AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) to deliver interest-based advertisements
iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iOS 14.5+, we request your permission via the ATT framework before any tracking occurs
Opt-out: You can limit personalized ads by resetting or disabling your advertising ID in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID

Pro plan users are never shown ads.

9. Data Security

Row Level Security (RLS): Supabase RLS ensures each user can only access their own data
Encryption in Transit: All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Server-Side API Keys: API keys for Google Maps and other services are managed server-side (Edge Functions) and never exposed to clients
Authentication: Secure authentication via Supabase Auth

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan (Act on the Protection of Personal Information / APPI). For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.
