Kiokun（以下「本アプリ」）を運営するEndots（以下「当社」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報保護法（APPI）およびGDPRに準拠して個人情報を取り扱います。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおけるデータの収集・利用・保護について説明するものです。

写真自体はサーバーにアップロードされません。撮影場所の座標はサーバーに送信・保存されません。すべての写真処理は端末内で完結します。

3. データの利用目的

位置情報: 写真撮影場所の特定、最寄り施設名の取得
カメラ・写真: 写真の撮影と編集（場所名・日付のオーバーレイ合成）
アカウント情報: ユーザー認証、プラン管理、利用数の追跡
デバイス情報: Push通知の配信

※ 現在、本アプリは行動分析イベントを収集していません。収集を開始する場合は、本ポリシーを更新してお知らせします。

※ 本ウェブサイト（kiokun.app）では、Cookie を使用しない匿名のアクセス解析（Cloudflare Web Analytics）を利用しています。個人を識別する情報やページ閲覧履歴の追跡は行いません。

6. ユーザーの権利

削除権: アカウントおよび全関連データの削除を請求できます
同意撤回権: いつでもデータ収集への同意を撤回できます
データポータビリティ: ご自身のデータのエクスポートを請求できます
訂正権: 不正確なデータの訂正を請求できます

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のユーザーを対象としておらず、13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満のユーザーのデータが収集されたことが判明した場合、当社は速やかに当該データを削除します。保護者の方が懸念を持たれた場合は [email protected] までご連絡ください。

8. 広告と追跡

本アプリは無料プランにおいて Google AdMob による広告を表示します。

非パーソナライズ広告のみ: 本アプリは広告ID（IDFA/GAID）を使用したパーソナライズ広告を行いません。広告は文脈連動型で配信されます
Apple Privacy Manifest: 本アプリの Privacy Manifest では NSPrivacyTracking = false と申告しており、ユーザーの追跡は行いません
広告ID のリセット: 端末設定で広告ID をリセットできます
- iOS: 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → Apple Advertising
Pro プラン: Pro プランのユーザーには広告は表示されません

9. データセキュリティ

Row Level Security（RLS）: Supabaseの行レベルセキュリティにより、各ユーザーは自分のデータにのみアクセス可能
通信の暗号化: 全ての通信はHTTPS/TLSで暗号化
APIキーの管理: Google Maps等のAPIキーはサーバーサイド（Edge Function）で管理され、クライアントには露出しません
認証: Supabase Authによるセキュアな認証基盤

10. ポリシーの変更

当社は本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重大な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、更新後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法

本ポリシーは日本法（個人情報の保護に関する法律 / APPI）に準拠します。欧州経済領域（EEA）にお住まいのユーザーには、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）も適用されます。

Endots ("we", "us", "our") operates Kiokun ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) of Japan and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Photos are never uploaded to our servers. GPS coordinates are never sent to or stored on our servers. All photo processing is done entirely on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

Location: Identify where photos were taken; retrieve nearby place names
Camera & Photos: Capture and edit photos (overlay place names and dates)
Account Info: User authentication, plan management, usage tracking
Device Info: Deliver push notifications

The App does not currently collect behavioral analytics events. If this changes, we will update this policy.

This website (kiokun.app) uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). It does not track individuals or collect personally identifiable browsing history.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns, please contact [email protected].

8. Advertising & Tracking

The App displays ads via Google AdMob for users on the Free plan.

Non-personalized ads only: The App does not use your advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) for personalized ads. Ads are served contextually
Apple Privacy Manifest: The App's Privacy Manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false. We do not track users
Advertising ID reset: You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
Pro plan: Pro plan users are never shown ads

9. Data Security

Row Level Security (RLS): Supabase RLS ensures each user can only access their own data
Encryption in Transit: All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Server-Side API Keys: API keys for Google Maps and other services are managed server-side (Edge Functions) and never exposed to clients
Authentication: Secure authentication via Supabase Auth

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Japan (Act on the Protection of Personal Information / APPI). For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies.
